Allow import and export of Layer Configurations.

You can create Layer Configurations to control the layers within a PDF but that must be done manually for each PDF currently. I would like a way to import and export these configurations.

I have thousands of layers, so doing this manually is not feasible. Ideally, I would like a human readable / editable format (such as CSV or XML) for the import / export format. This will allow me to write a script to create this file from my resources as things change and then easily import it into a PDF.

It would be even better if I can define this file as part of our Bluebeam resources / Profile. Then when a user loads the Profile I have created, they get the latest and greatest layer configurations.

Something that might work for you @David Kleinot is using a cover sheet of sorts that has all of your layers already included in the file. If you add the pages of you document to the cover sheet file all of the layers that are on the cover sheet become available through the entire document. I think I remember some folks have written scripts that add this type of file, save the updated condition, then delete the cover sheet.
