Please add an option to open a PDF as read-only. AutoCAD has the same feature and is helpful. It is common for one person to be working on a PDF, not in a session, and another wanting to open it. It would be great to add a "Reload Latest" right click option for read-only files, where it reloads the file without having to…
dont have browser in blue beam
Currently, if you mark "Include PDF hyperlinks" on the markup summary, the system exports all the pages in the original file even if the pages option is set to the specific pages with markups. We love the hyperlink feature, but it is annoying to have to send the applicant 100 pages when only 20 have markups.
Create a configuration option to set the default layer for markups. The option would create the layer if it does not exist and set it to be the default. I was able to create a script to "add" a specified layer, but there is no command to make that layer the default. The user should not have to do all this work to get…
Create an option to set the default color for the user rather than having to set the default property for every markup tool.
In the user administration list for Bluebeam subscription, there are fields for Title, Phone, etc for the user, but those are not searchable or exportable. We want to use the Title field to assign the billing division, but it does not display in list view or export. These user fields are almost useless if they can't be…
Please consider extending the time period after which "idle" sessions get inactivated, it's far too short. I wish they didn't expire at all (like in the old "Enterprise" days.)
While I'm opening PDF's with Blue Beam, when I attempt to return to my Windows File Explorer window by selecting it on my Taskbar, the window will not appear. This forces me to minimize BB before I can see my File Explorer window again. This is a minor bug but it's quite annoying.
Is there any way to go back to the old platform of just having the program on your computer. This subscription base platform is a complete pain in the ****. Having to sign into the program every time you want to use it is horrible.
I have several users who are opening BlueBeam and finding their license has expired. I want to make a suggestion that BB opens a pop-up stating, "Expiration To Expire In X Days." Starting with 14-days and continues counting down until it states, "License Expired". See attached example.
It would be very helpful to be able to install Bluebeam on a non-"C" drive. Still and internal drive but as some computers come with small drives, additional space is needed and secondary drives are added.
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?
It would be great to be able to duplicate a custom line style then make minor adjustments to that instead of having to start each line style from scratch every time.
Hello I'm trying to add another quick location to access a file folder / area to save or pdf my files to. Can you please let me know if there is a function in blue beam that will allow this type of accessibility? Most CAD based programs have this option and it is very helpful to add folders that you frequent. It would be a…

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
Request is for the ability to group open PDFs into tabs, similar to the way that Microsoft Edge allows for web pages to be grouped together into tabs (Edge allows you to take a number of open websites and add them to a named / color-coded group tab. This allows for multiple websites to be open, but organized into group…
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
Hi. It would be very helpful to have a Bluebeam Revu (we use 20 at my company) functionality to be able to download all of the files within a Studio Session with one or two clicks as opposed to having to download all files individually. This would save time, especially for Sessions with a large number of files (100+ is…
