Can we get an option to put the mark up summary with hyperlinks at the front of the document? When we do a session with the design team we have hundreds of markups and currently it will only post after the last page. When we move the document to the front the hyperlinks fail to readjust to the new page numbering. The only work around is to export the summary and install it at the front. Takes time that we could be doing something else more important.
Wait, what's this feature you're talking about? You can make a linked summary of markups embedded into the pages of a PDF? What sorcery is this?

or appended to the end of the PDF
I did not know this. Of course, I haven't needed to export my markup lists, but it's good to know that this can be done easily. It would be nice to place it in front of the sheets.
you should be able to do this as part of a Set. You probably could do this with a drawing package though. Should be just insert pages.
I do all the time. So much so that I have standard BatchConfig files saved.
