While you can lock markups, anyone else can unlock and edit them. You could flatten the markups, but then they disappear from the Markups List, which makes it difficult to pinpoint every change to the file that was made. It would be great if there was a type of locking permission (similar to the "do not allow unflatten…
As a group leader and inventor of several specialized and internal tools in the toolbox for Bluebeam users within the company, I would like to have the ability to lock certain toolboxes in order to prevent users from changing their settings, and this to maintain uniformity on certain annotations. Just for some tools, not…
I would like the ability to add custom columns in "show caption" For example, being able to show the weight of the wall in the image below, so we can see whether the crane can lift it.

Another great feature would be to be able to link to a page in a PDF hosted on a shared cloud server. It seems that unlike Acrobat, Bluebeam does not recognize instructions…

There are 2 major problems that occur that have essentially eliminated the way that I typically do estimates. The recent tools button now records the same tool over and over again every time I use it. So if I use a polylength tool…
I think it would really help workflow to have a way to lock layers and make those markups unable to be touched so they exist in the background only.
I think it would be incredible for workflow to have the option to group or color tabs your have open. It is often I am working on several projects a week and having the ability to sort between 10-15 PDFs I need open at the same time to correlate would be awesome.
I had a call with some of my field guys who tried using only Cloud for a few weeks, and they had quite a lot of feedback. They were instructed to go back to Revu until Cloud measures up, the problem is that as we're expanding, new hires won't have old Revu. Their feedback was: Precision. Since they can't zoom in and out,…
