Enable the ability to turn off Comment and Label columns in the Tool Chest menu.

It’s frustrating that during takeoffs, the Comment and Label columns in the Tool Chest are always visible, taking up space that could be used for longer subject lines. Unlike the Markups List, there’s no way to hide unused columns, which takes up valuable space for longwinded subject lines.

I’ve looked for a fix, and it seems like many users have the same complaint, but there’s still no option to disable these columns.

Ahhh I have an older version (21.5) so I did not see this.

Do you notice that if you use a particular toolbox item multiple times, it will be automatically resorted to the top of that toolbox? For example if I use 15" HDPE and it is in the middle of my list - Revu will move it to the top of the Storm and mess up my organization…

This issue is why I went back to a previous version. But if this is fixed I will update. Thanks for the help.

Glad to be of assistance @jacob.dean! The gremlins moving tools around in the tool chest have been an issue for a while. I'm still running with 21.6 at this point - and they pop up from time to time. I haven't heard of anyone having that issue in 21.8, yet, but it's still early… 😎
