Hello All, If I am not mistaken, there is no current way to export a PDF package to retain the individual pdf sets from a Bluebeam Studio Session. The only current way creates a combined PDF set, to which then the admin of the session would need to break them apart if they wanted to keep them separate.
Good morning, Does anyone have recommendation of a Australian company that sells construction QS rate packages for building estimates? We typically outsource to QS companies our project but have the capacity and programs inhouse to do our own. The only thing missing is a rate library. In the past we have owned Rawlinson…
I have an issue and I believe it is app specific, not a windows issue, where everytime I open bluebeam, it will switch the virtual desktop I am working in to the desktop where I have bluebeam open. Anyone else have this issue and able to resolve it?
Is there a way to insert a single page pdf into multiple pdfs? I need to update the title sheet of multiple pdf's. I insert the standard PDF then update a few of the text as needed.
I wanted to bring to your attention that my Bluebeam software is showing that the license has expired. I was surprised by this as I did not receive any prior notification that the license was about to expire. Due to this, my work has been temporarily halted.
I have a map with multiple pages, connected with matchlines in all four directions. Is there a way to automatically assemble the pages into one large document? I am attaching a pdf that I manually created by cutting and pasting the pages but its too time consuming to do. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Bluebeam Revu v.20 had zoom capability when using Windows Explorer and Outlook preview pane. While the preview pane is useful on it's own, the zoom feature was critical in allowing me to scan dozens to hundreds of drawings (~24"x39") quickly to find information without having to open every single file. This has saved me…
I have a sheet index that was batch hyperlinked and showing the color outline for it and placed in a bluebeam project with each sheet as an individual file. Is there a way to get the hyperlink color to change when a markup is added to the individual sheet? I want a way to let my large teams know that a sheet has markups…
I work with drawing sets that have multiple plan and profile sheets for utility projects. Typically the profile has a different vertical scale which I can set using the calibration tool within a viewport. Because I sometimes have hundreds of profile sheets I'd like to copy the profile viewport and its scales accross…
I'm looking to automate a custom column (or columns) by grouping 2-4 dimensions, and then having the total show up in the 'width' column (figured this part out) but having the individual dimensions separately show up in another column. ie, the example here is 4 dimensions, they are grouped together with a total width of…

Hi all, my name is Aily, and I'm the Manager of Customer Education at Bluebeam - nice to meet you! I want to learn how you prefer to train, onboard, or up-skill your internal employees on everything Bluebeam, so I can make sure we're allocating the right resources to the right kinds of training (aka help me help you!). If…
Please add folders within sessions for document organization. This will make navigating to the documents within a session cleaner and easier as documents within a session can add up and be cumbersome to have to search through to find what the user is trying to open. This feature would be greatly appreciated by all. Thank…
If you've ever had to place a symbol on a drawing more than three times, you've probably wondered, "I wish I didn't have to keep clicking on the symbol every time I want to place it." I have great news for you 😀 The Reuse Tools option keeps that tool selected for placing as many instances of a symbol as you need! There are…
Did you know that double-clicking a Bluebeam Revu Profile (.bpx file) automatically opens Revu and imports the profile for you? This is the quickest and easiest way to have a User import a Profile. It is a very low impact for our non-technical friends and co-workers. 😅 It is much better than explaining how to click the…
I would like another option for locking that allows for a shapes dimensions to be locked, but still be able to move the shape / sketch around. An example of this would be a toggle for "dimension lock" where I could trace the outline of a building and rotate / move it around a site or property without accidentally changing…
I just installed version 21.4 this morning on a second work machine, and encountered the common problem of Print to Bluebeam being broken during install. I resolved the problem using the following steps (Windows 11, 64 bit). I have admin privileges, so make sure you can make such changes before starting. I can't guarantee…
I know that Bluebeam makes it difficult to select a markup that is under another markup—try selecting a markup four levels deep! BUT! I ran a demo today, and a 💡 went off in my head. Can I make a Keyboard Shortcut from the R21.2 Hide selected markup feature and use it to quickly hide obscuring markups to get to the markup…
Would it be possible to create an additional option under "Manage Toolsets" to edit the columns in the Tool Chest? Such as renaming or disabling which ones are not used. And that the columns are also extended as soon as they are extended to the right and do not become narrower again
When moving a PDF file from the main BlueBeam application to another window (or second monitor), it creates a new Bluebeam tab. I would like to see it create a new separate application on my computer that I can pull up and down, as needed. Currently, if I click away on Bluebeam (with multiple tabs open on multiple…
While I wait for the influx of new members from the PHX/NorCal bug webinar I thought I'd ask about your experience with making custom hatches and line styles in Bluebeam (the topic of the webinar). There were some great examples of custom hatches and lines that made a lot of sense for those users. One was a civil office…
