Combine Multiple Spaces

Is there a way to combine multiple Spaces?

I often create several spaces that I’d like to merge into one. Bluebeam breaks up the counts by space, which is EXTREMELY USEFUL, but sometimes it gets in the way. For example, today I’m working on a project where I need to identify all areas that require Hospital Grade Receptacles.

I created spaces to mark those areas and named them all the same, but I’d like to combine the counts from all those spaces (on the same sheet) into one total for “Hospital Grade.”

Anyone else run into this or found a workaround?

If it doesn't show up already grouped in your markups list, you'll have to do it in Excel.

You could also Snapshot all those Spaces to another page and then wrap them in an overall Space.

Bluebeam Crashes when editing text boxes
