Hi Bluebeam. I'm very happy that the program now allows leaders to be attached to more than one side of a callout. Now if the program would please stop automatically relocating my leader connection point every time I adjust a callout, that would be really great. It's very inefficient to have to reposition a leader line…
Hello - Does anyone know of any companies that review the quality of construction drawings prior to construction? Any that utilize AI? Thank you!
Has anyone experienced where I go to create a text box with a pointer and then when I'm selecting it I get a weird graphics issue, then when I start typing I can't see my text? Computer: Windows 11 version 24H2 Grahics: Nvidia RTX 4000 Bluebeam Version: Bluebeam Revu 21.5 Graphics Issue: Can't see text while typing Can see…
A question for the ages in the AEC industry, regarding the abbreviation for UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE or UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED… Do you belong to team UNO, or team UON?

I'm currently working on customizing the engineering review stamp from the custom libraries, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to edit it without disabling the pop-up feature that appears when placing the stamp. Ideally, I want the pop-up to remain active so that the reviewer can fill out the required fields…
Hello, recently I have encountered an issue regarding certain snapshots and their interactions in other PDF viewers after flattening. When documents flattened in Bluebeam Revu are opened in Adobe Acrobat, snapshots that were previously flattened are able to be selected and edited. Is there a way to have snapshots flatten…
how do I link my excel spreadsheet to bluebeam for takeoffs
What is the difference with spaces and places?
This morning, I read the latest tip and trick post with custom statuses. I edited a status, and then I created a filter which dimed out the markup once it was set. My question is, Is there a way to save a predefined view of the markups list for when I am going through revise and resubmit drawings?
Is there a way to reorganize form fields in Bluebeam Revu so they follow the correct tab order when filling out a form? Right now, whenever I add a new field, it gets added to the bottom of the list in the Forms panel. For example, if I originally create fields "Text 1" and "Text 3", then go back and add "Text 2" between…
I have one user, in one PDF, when he click on the screen, the page advances. He's unable to do markups because the page keeps advancing. I've never seen the behavior and we can't replicate it. It doesn't happen to other PDFs in the same sessions and reoccurs if Bluebeam is closed and reopened.
When this happens, I can't move a directory with that file. This reddit post solved it for me. You just need to disable the recent file list in Revu. But I would like to use the recent file list feature someday, now that I have to turn it off. Please fix this Bluebeam. Thanks.…
I do an absurd amount of take offs, and count all day long. I LOVE being able to leave a sequence, and resume it after looking at another page. This doesnt work anymore? Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Ok. So I have decided to throw in the towel and look for some help. Towards the end of the year I made a form in Word and then made it fillable through Bluebeam's "Automatically Create Form Fields" in Tools (I believe as it's been a good while). Both samples attached. Since then I have been doing other things, have had…
