I have Revu X64 Standard. The program just started closing if I use the shortcut key or the toolbar for either Highlite or Pen. Any files that are open are closed. Anyone seen this or have an idea why?

I see your post is a few days old. Has this cleared up with a full shutdown/reboot of your computer?
No, Revu still shuts down with highlite and polyline. Strange. Just started for no reason.

If you haven't already I'd suggest contacting @Bluebeam Support Team through the Help menu in Revu. Hopefully they can provide a solution! 😎

Sounds as if you have an older version of Revu @knick. Kinda like our 2005 Jeep Cherokee, many of the current mechanics don't know how to fix it because they have only worked on newer vehicles…
You might consider upgrading to the current version. Hopefully the functionality that has been added since your previous license was purchased would make it worth it to upgrade.

Just got a laptop and upgraded. Too bad the new version is subscription only. The costs are becoming prohibitive. How do I ensure my session allows for plan review markups? I cannot sort out how to enable one of my sessions to have both the review and plan review tab.

Some of the BB marked up PDFs I receive have shading and "draw order" out of whack to the point that I cannot read what's below the block. All of the items should come in like the "12' APPLES" unit, in orange. Any thoughts? The preferred "Order" would be with the shading at the base level and the pasted fixture block above.

On Windows, some PDF previews appear in my folders sidebar while others do not. It seems like the ones I created show a preview, but the externally generated ones don't. Is there a setting I can change to make all PDFs show a preview?
