Is anyone else having the same experience as me? I'm trying to use the new Bluebeam Mobile App on my iPad in the field.
If I check out a document, go to the document and make a markup. When I go back to the document list the file will say "This document is locked by another user."
-I am the one who checked it out not 5 minutes before.
-Any markups are lost.
-On my computer (in BB Revu) the file is showing it is checked out on another device.
The issue doesn't arise if I check the file back in and save the changes before leaving the page. But I don't always have that luxury and there isn't a prompt when leaving the document to save.
Again this is in the field where I don't have a reliable cell or Wifi signal, so the browser version isn't feasible. I need to be able to flip between multiple documents and make edits on the fly.
