The list of Sessions I have is quite long and very difficult to search through manually. To make it worse we have multiple outside entities making similarly named sessions that are very hard to tell apart when scattered through a huge list. A very simple keyword search would be such a massive QOL improvement to the Sessions list.
I agree. I just sent the same recommendation in to Bluebeam's email support. They directed the comment to their product team and suggested to follow up here to their product suggestions page as well.
My firm uses the Studio Sessions for every project and my studio log is very long. As many do, we have an internal number associated with each project. It would be super helpful to just type in a key word or our numeric id to find a studio session.
It would be nice if you could also easily remove multiple sessions from the list that you no longer are working on at one time.
It would also be great if we could anchor favorite sessions at the top of our list - this can be done with other software like MS Teams. I wish you could also put sessions in your own order, not session ID or alphanumeric order.
I totally agree to have a Search capability in BB sessions!

Appreciate all the feedback! - Session organization is something we definitely are aware of, so I keep tabs on threads like this to inform our future development! A question if you're willing to answer - I see many of you looking for a search bar to sort through your Session list - would a similar search within a Session help as well? Do you often find yourself with lots of documents within a Session?
Hello! Yes, I think both searches would be valuable additions. We have a habit now of making sure to prefix all file names we add to a session with a 'date' or something similar so it sorts in a somewhat reasonable manner. This helps us get around not having a search. We also tend to limit how many files we add to a session so it doesnt get cumbersome without a search.
Edit: Someone in the office suggested within a session to have collapsable sections. So we could have a header for 'Drawings' and a header for 'reference files', etc. essentially what we do by using certain prefixes, allows us to organize the session before needing to search or name files a certain way
