Please add bookmark support to Bluebeam Cloud, along with the ability to reliably open and navigate large PDF sets (100+ architectural sheets).
Our architectural firm relies heavily on Bluebeam Revu across both desktop and iPad. In the field, we work directly from full A/S/M/E/P drawing sets within Revu Sessions. The iPad version of Revu handles these large files without issue—we can quickly jump between sheets using bookmarks, verify that construction matches design intent, and add markups in real time. Our office team sees those updates almost instantly. This workflow is seamless and highly effective.
Unfortunately, we are now being pushed away from Revu for iOS toward Bluebeam Cloud, which feels like a significant downgrade.
Bluebeam Cloud struggles to open many of our drawing sets and lacks even basic navigation tools like bookmarks. As a result, our field teams are forced to scroll through dozens—sometimes hundreds—of sheets just to find what they need. In addition, many core tools available in Revu are missing in Cloud, making it impractical for real project workflows.
Based on the volume of feedback in the Apple App Store, it’s clear that these concerns are widely shared. It’s difficult to understand the decision to move away from a mature, highly capable platform developed over more than a decade, in favor of a product that is still described as a “work in progress.”
I hope that the ongoing feedback from users is being communicated directly to the development teams, and that restoring critical Revu functionality in Bluebeam Cloud is a priority.
