Can the web-based version of Bluebeam work with Dropbox for a PC?

I run a Mac in my construction office. It is great, but the only point of friction is Bluebeam Revu. I have run Parallels with Windows, in the past, to keep Revu on my computer but (although it shouldn't) it inevitable slows the machine a little. I am currently using a sub-standard PDF viewer with limited construction functionality.

I want to be on Bluebeam again without running a virtual machine. My office utilizes Dropbox for file storage. Can the web-based Bluebeam for PC work with Dropbox, or can it be made to work with Dropbox?
