Any Tips/Tricks for removing document restriction caused by signatures?

Having signatures on a pdf restricts the access. The two ways I typically remove this are:

Copy pages and paste into a blank document
Export pages into a new document.

Be nice if there was a button in the signatures panel to "flatten signatures" or something like that.

Anyone know of any other workarounds for this issue? Thanks!

Default Extract All Pages?
When extracting pages, I currently have to either: Select all pages first, then use Extract [Ctrl+Shift+X], or Go to Extract and change the page range dropdown from Selected to All Pages.
