Error message pops up in the middle of working with a Revu file

I have been having issue with my Bluebeam/Revu that prevents me from carrying on with my work. Sometimes when a file is open and in the middle of working with the file, the following message pops up (see snippet below), which locks me out of continuing the work and forcing me to "End program" and restart Revu again. This issue has occurred several times in the past few weeks.

Please let me know if you have a solution to this issue.
