Measuring Tool

Hi,

I have just updated my bluebeam last weekend and when i am trying to measure, there is now a thick line which blocks the view of my clicking point. i have line weight disabled already. Its just when i am measuring via length, Polylength, area etc. it has slowed up my measuring process as i cant click on the points

I am now working on 21.7 and i didn't have this issue on the previous version.

You are not alone @RobS! There are a number of post with similar issues:

The Bluebeam Team has acknowledged the issue. I have to imagine that it is impacting 10s of thousands of users. Hopefully they will issue an update shortly that will correct this!

@David Cutler thanks for letting me know. i have only just signed up to this forum as BB support haven't come back to me and wasn't sure if it was a setting which could be changed easily. but glad i am not the only one having this issue.

One solution is to reinstall a previous version of Revu - Say 21.6 for example…

not sure how to do that i did google it but it said that it wasn't possible if you have updated your software.

The biggest challenge is most likely finding the files to download for 21.6 as Revu removes the option when they post the new version - which makes sense.

If you have IT support that backs up your system perhaps they could recover a backup of your system from before you installed 21.7?

Long post for context: Yesterday I was trying to compare a revised architectural to realize that the floor plan has shifted in both the X and Y, so this morning I did a page snapshot.
