We are an A/E firm with multiple disciplines. We use Bluebeam in the field for A/E Site Observations and Punch Lists from the entire team. We set up a Studio Session for all disciplines to use in the field for their observations. One of the features we use a lot in the current Bluebeam I-Pad app is embedding photos into a note comment or object. This allows us to generate reports showing the location of the comment on the floor plan, the comment, and pictures that were embedded into that comment. The new Bluebeam Cloud does not have this previous critical feature of embedding photos into a note comment. We have potentially hundreds of comments on a large A/E project and cannot just insert the photos onto a floor plan. They need to be connected to the comment and print with the comment for the Contractor. Any suggestions you have, or incorporations into the future updates of the Bluebeam Cloud is appreciated. If we cannot find a way to continue doing this in Bluebeam we will need to change to a different program (which we really do not want to do).
