The last couple of weeks I have had a problem. When I click on a Session it starts to load it and then kicks me out of the Session and gives me this exact same message:
After I select OK I can re-enter the Session I was trying to review without an issue. This happens every time I enter a Session that I was not in recently and always allows me to go back into the Session I want after hitting OK.
I have no idea what the Session is that the message is referencing, I don’t care what it is or that it has been deleted, and I have been unable to find out any other information about it through Support, Administration, and the Prime portal.
Support gave me a suggestion for reactivating it, but that did not work. They asked for a log file so I sent that and they said it is so old it's purged from their system. There last option was to do a full uninstall and reinstall the software. I did that and it did not work at all.
Any suggestions?
