I have overlayed a couple of PDF's and completed some markups.
Can you add "additional" PDF/s to existing overlayed drawings?
Hi Secunda,
You would need to restart the Overlay, and copy/paste or import that markups from previous version.
A workaround would be to take a Snapshot of the drawing you'd like to add and paste it into the Overlayed file. You would then have to add to a layer, process the colors of the Snapshot or layer, and align the content by dragging the Snapshot to the right place. In other words, you lose out on the things Overlay automates for you.
I hope this clarifies things!

@Secunda are you wanting to use the overlay as part of a larger set of drawings?
I have a client that would like to use the functions and features found in the Prime Portal. Namely reactivating a finished Session. Is this in the org. admin. portal? If so how is it accessed? Thank you Vinnie Stamato
I was sent a drawing in Word format so I used the bluebeam pdf printer to convert the file type. The problem that I'm having is that when I open it to measure the normal navigation controls don't work and when you zoom in the drawing quality gets bad. Looking for any assistance anyone can provide. Thank you!
Do you know of an integration between Bluebeam and Procore that allows Bluebeam to mark up plans and sync to Procore? Thank you Vinnie Seattle WA

Hi, is there a way to add an oval shape callout in Bluebeam? In my industry, we often use oval callouts to identify equipment, but currently, only rectangle, circle, triangle, and hexagon options are available. It would be great to have an oval shape option or the ability to adjust the circle dimensions to create an oval.…

If this is something that people are using is it possible to share some examples for inspiration?

This is a simple question. When I've 'Checked Out' a document in my BB Studio Project and added mark-ups, does it automatically Save when I 'Check In'? Or should I click save first, and then Check In?
