Is there a tool which can apply a template to an existing PDF document? I can do it with the overlay tool, but its not efficient.
I am currently specifically attempting to apply a letterhead to a PDF document without having to using snapshot, etc.
Depending on what the letterhead looks like, you might be able to mimic the effect using the Header & Footer feature for the text and the Apply to Pages feature for any logos or images.
the document is a corporate letterhead in PDF form which i want to apply to existing PDFs.
I believe you can simply create one and then apply it when necessary.
You could make a simple markup tool with an image of the letterhead @Gregt.
Steps:
The next time you want to apply the letterhead simply select the image from your toolchest and place it where needed. You may want to flatten the image so that others cannot remove it…

I was also thinking you could create a custom Stamp with your letterhead and you can create different layout for th∈ different page sizes you would be using.

I can't add layers to devices in the tool chest.I right-click on the device and choose to enter a layer, but the next time I right-click, the layer is gone. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to batch hyperlink a range of pages instead of the entire document? I have a 325 page document. Within that document are sets. There is an overall page with area references to that set. That set is page 58-78. I know I could pull the set out and do it, then reinsert. Just wondering if there was an easier way.
