Recently updated to Revu 21, upon opening pdf documents, both manuals & drawings, tools on tool bar screen right are indicted "disabled". I opened Tools tab at page top and checked all tools, doesn't help.
Any ideas ???
We have seen what you are describing when someone doesn't have a license assigned to them. But, I'm curious if you could share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
I think this has something to do with your license not being registered. Contact your IT team or Bluebeam support for help
I'm getting the same thing. I used to have a lot of tools in the Documents tab but now I only have Properties.
