You can make the selection for “Totals” in the “Output” setting in “Markup Summary”. However, this selection is not an option for us, as the subject and the self-created columns do not appear. Image 1 We, and certainly every other user, need the “Betreff” and the display of the self-made column “BD Einheit” ...see the…
It would be really cool if you could automatically segment the Dimension tool into equal parts. I remember in SketchUp that you can split a line into multiple points and it's very helpful when designing. In Bluebeam, I have a light fixture layout on a plan that needs to be adjusted. I'd like to have 3 lights equally…
I am not sure if anyone has brought this up, however what would it take to have the ability to host a manageable toolset/toolchest on a server that would update when users "refresh" or "restart" the software.
This has come up before, but I haven’t been able to locate the previous posts. I’d really like the ability to convert one markup type to another. For example, if I draw a standard line, I can’t add control points like I could with a polyline. The only option is to redraw it as a polyline from scratch. The same applies to…
Be great if the List of Attendees shown when attempting to 'Alert Attendee' was sorted alphabetically rather than by order of access- when the list gets long, it is very cumbersome to find who you're trying to alert
Be super awesome if the alert list was sorted alphabetically, either by username or email
The names/ emails that are in Bluebeam Studio Session should be sorted when you go to Alert folks, so we don't have to waste time figuring out where on the random list someone's name is
Would be nice to be able to select and move more than one control point of a markup while the unselected points remain anchored. Like how a callout box has a line attached to it; the line stays anchored at the control point while the box can move independently. Would be even nicer if this could happen with multiple markups…
One of the frustrations I find is that you cannot ‘lookup’ or reference the drawing web link after it is already created. So when you create it, it provides the link. But there doesn’t seem to be a way to just go in and re-copy the previously created link. This then forces me to recreate the link if I don’t have a copy of…
When you search for something in plans or a document, then click on the results, have that item center in the window and have the highlight be larger and a more noticeable color than the blue gray it currently is.
When selecting text and right clicking, have the Look Up tool search a preferred search engine instead of Wikipedia
I would like to see OCR run in parallel or somehow make use of high core count cpu. I have drawing sets that take over 100 minutes to run through the OCR process. I have been testing on a high end AMD thread ripper compared with an i7 13th series cpu and do not have improvements that I would like to see. lots of cores…
It would be great to be able set hatch scale less than 50% or (less important to me) greater than 200%.
Create a command whereby a markup can be "nudged" on a pixel-by-pixel basis. For example, the "align top" command will not work here because the actual tops of the markups are not the top segment of the polygon.

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
Request is for the ability to group open PDFs into tabs, similar to the way that Microsoft Edge allows for web pages to be grouped together into tabs (Edge allows you to take a number of open websites and add them to a named / color-coded group tab. This allows for multiple websites to be open, but organized into group…
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?
