Would like to be able to export pages based on the bookmark hierarchy.
They should change the behavior of using the hotkey "A" on the keyboard. If a call out is actively selected it would add a leader to the callout. so many simply use the arrow (pressing A) but then the extra leader is not connected to the callout.😁
Ability to Right click on a session file and then automatically; update the project file, delete it from the sessions documents pane, and automatically check the file into the session by changing the icon.

After setting the scale on a document one should be able to do a sketch to scale that you can directly input the dimensions for the object that you want using the inputted scale. Along the same lines if you set a 0-0 point you could measure using the input scale to measure to points on the document.
If I have my markups collapsed by page, then set a markup to a status (i.e. complete), the entire Markups List will expand.
Please turn status settings into an importable files like tool chests/btx files or hatch patterns/bhx files. It will make things easier when you have a user that prefers their own profile instead of the company provided profile. Currently, if the company's default statuses change, the user will need to load a new profile…
As you can see below its really hard to see which project you have open in the dark theme as compared to the light theme. Please consider fixing this for those of use who enjoy using the dark theme! Dark: Light:
As a long-time user of both Bluebeam and AutoCAD, I'd like to propose a feature that would significantly enhance layer management workflow: a dedicated layer toolbar with a dropdown list, similar to AutoCAD's implementation. Layers are crucial to my workflow, both for markup organization and CSV export processes. While…
In a multi-monitor setup, I will have the main BB screen and drag another tab to another screen. It would be nice if the page navigation bar at the bottom duplicated and went over to the secondary screen so I could thumb through pages on the same screen rather than thumbing through from the main screen only.
Similar to windows, I wonder if there could be a quick key that would allow a user to alt+tab through the opened tabs in BB? I get that alt+tab will actually move you through the windows OS, but maybe a new BB-specific quick key set up might allow it to happen only in BB and not mess with other programs. If this already…
I am looking to see if in this example if there is a way to create an area to have all the subjects named the same name under its color profile. In this example attached if the color was coded green, it would automatically name the area "General Cleaning"
I'm searching how to insert a new sheet into a file in a Studio Session, without having to download it and then upload it again, because when I do it, all the markups of all the collaborators get blocked, and nobody can edit them again. I need to know how to insert a new sheet into the files located in BlueBeam Studio…
Would like the ability to automate session closure via a checkbox or two. The purpose of this request to expedite the session close and matching the session back to the project and automatically uploading the markups back to the project. Here is an example: Upload file to Project Create Session from Project. File is in the…
At the moment we can add a action Jump to Page/Place/Space Snapshot URL (Hyperlink) and external file. (Open) I would like to be able to also link to existing bookmarks in the same document. I can achieve this via Jump to page / Snapshot but it takes to much time to write down pagenumber for everyting in bookmark-list.

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a couple of suggestions that I think could make Bluebeam even better. First off, I've been really impressed with the new ARM-based Windows machines, especially those using the Snapdragon Elite X. They’re powerful, have great battery life—kind of like MacBooks in…
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
Hi. It would be very helpful to have a Bluebeam Revu (we use 20 at my company) functionality to be able to download all of the files within a Studio Session with one or two clicks as opposed to having to download all files individually. This would save time, especially for Sessions with a large number of files (100+ is…
