I'm sure that this has been suggested but I'd like to see the a markup that maintains a link to an original markup in the document (or in a separate PDF or database on the user's machine) and syncs with the content of that markup. In our work we run into lots of multiple source of truth mistakes. It's also a pretty major…
Org Admin Pro only allows you to grant/deny a user access to Studio. There should be more granular permissions. Separate permissions for creating Projects and creating Sessions. Not all studio users should have the ability to create new Projects or create new Sessions.
Not sure if this is known bug, or just an issue with my install. I am using the most current v21.6.1. This is not an issue that occurs all the time, but when in the session for awhile, I experience issues with editing text on existing markups. There is no issues with creating the markup involving text, but when I go back…
I am working on a multi-year (15 years projected) project where we are using a single Bluebeam session to collaborate on review of construction submittals. We want to have a single session so that we can share with the design team. There are currently 89 names in the session. 1.When we want to alert specific attendees to a…
Hello. I'm finding staff workstations with cache folders for Studio upwards of 30 or 40 GB in size because Revu doesn't limit the size. I have 50 people to manage and having to manually or programmatically delete these folders to keep them from filling user hard drives is, FRANKLY, NOT something I should have to be doing.…
Is there a way to build a tool that does offsets of polygons, lines, polylines, etc.? Not the multiply tool but take a square, for example, and offset/scale it smaller/larger by a specified distance.
It’s frustrating that during takeoffs, the Comment and Label columns in the Tool Chest are always visible, taking up space that could be used for longer subject lines. Unlike the Markups List, there’s no way to hide unused columns, which takes up valuable space for longwinded subject lines. I’ve looked for a fix, and it…
My company's been asked to transition historically CAD based work to BBR to facilitate end user utility. To that end, over the past few years we have created toolsets to mimic our CAD blocks for valves, pumps, vessels, etc. One of the really useful aspects of CAD (and a welcomed addition to BBR) is the ability to snap to a…
I just encountered this as I don't do this often. We had a series of documents (forms) that were set up with a typo (PP10843 vs PP10834) and this became a copy past error for all subsequent forms. This existed as a markup for all forms. So remembering we can search for markups I did that. I then used the 'Select all' and…
This is a minor issue that pops up from time to time. If the drawing was originally created as Portrait and then later rotated by Lanscape and then you sign it. The signature will be applied as if the drawing was still Portrait. It would be good to have the signature apply to the current orientation. Or have the option to…
