I am working on a multi-year (15 years projected) project where we are using a single Bluebeam session to collaborate on review of construction submittals. We want to have a single session so that we can share with the design team. There are currently 89 names in the session.
1.When we want to alert specific attendees to a document in the session, we have 89, unsorted names to choose from. It is very difficult to find the desired names because they appear to be ordered using unknown (if any) criteria. (Names are always listed in the same order, but not alphabetically by first name, last name, or e-mail address). Adding some kind of intuitive/useful sorting to this would be great.
2. Many of the 89 attendees have (since we are 8 years into the project) left the project/company. I understand from Bluebeam technical support that they cannot be removed entirely from the session as that would remove any trace that they had ever been part of it. However, it would be nice for such users to be 'quarantined' or hidden so that they do not appear in any lists of attendees (except the quarantine list, of course).
In the meantime, we will be starting a fresh Bluebeam review session, but that will take some initial time to ensure those we want in the session are invited to it.
