Not sure if this is known bug, or just an issue with my install. I am using the most current v21.6.1. This is not an issue that occurs all the time, but when in the session for awhile, I experience issues with editing text on existing markups. There is no issues with creating the markup involving text, but when I go back to edit, the text appears invisible (but is still clearly there). When I click out of the edit, the text returns. Sometimes the text shows but is distorted beyond being able to tell what it says, over an area much larger that the bounds of the text box. Sometime this distorted text is also flashing. Again, when I click off this edit, the normal text in in the closed markup returns. Sometimes coming back later will allow me edit normally. Yesterday not even closing the file fixed this, nor closing the application altogether. Not until I did a restart did this finally go away. I thought it may have to do with opening files through Google Desktop from where they are stored in the cloud, but the same issues occurred when I downloaded the file and opened this locally from my desktop. On occasion, I am also getting sudden application failures at times where it will completely shutdown mid-session, though usually I am able to recover what was created since the last save (I can only assume this must somehow be related).
Is this a known issue, and has this been happening with anyone else? I know I have installed several updates over many months with this odd issue persisting. Since I work with my subscription on more than one PC, and this problem exists regardless, this should seemingly mean this is not just a single corrupted install? If you need to know what I am working on, this are my main work PC system info.
