When I adjust the rotation of a snapshot using the properties tab, the scale changes as well. Why?
I use the freehand markup tool a lot with Apple Pencil and iPad Pro. The palm rejection doesn't always work and I tend to use an art glove to keep from making stray lines. The issue is that sometimes the strays commit with the rest of the markup and you can't select and delete them separately. A pencil really needs an…
I capture walkthroughs of the ongoing jobsite during the Construction Admin phase using a Ricoh Theta 360 cam tethered to my phone or iPad Pro. I need to create tags on the PDF floor plan which are linked to a URL to where the 360 images are hosted. Revu for iPad can embed a photo taken from the iPad camera already, so…
So it would be really awesome if it would tell you the distance from the last count you placed. For example… I estimate fire sprinkler heads. I use the count function for my head placement, to get the total number of heads required for a project. There are NFPA codes though that state how for apart or close a head is…
We review quite some documents from a supplier. If I send a document for review via Bluebeam, reviewers give their comment. In the final meeting to discuss all the comments, sometimes a comment is rejected. In that case it would be great if I can delete the comment directly in the meeting, instead that I have to ask the…
I am trying to utilize some Department of Transportation forms and I get a warning this file contains XFA forms and note not all XFA forms are fully supported, including some form fields interaction and appearances. This is how the fillable form looks, with the text overlapping. The form works correctly when opening with…
Can you add to the search function as page ranges as well? so i can select 3 or 4 pages at a time to find an item and then do a custom count just for thoes page ranges?
I have a suggestion to help make professionals' work more streamlined. When working on a Bluebeam Project and using List View, it would be helpful to have an option to export a .CSV file that contains the project drawing list. This feature would allow users to create an Excel spreadsheet of the drawings already listed in…
is there a way to turn create from file back to revu 20 behavior or repair this function
Make it so you can change the cursor interaction point from the bottom right (current) to mirror the standard cursor location i.e. when its a pointer is at the end of the point or vise versa.
When in session would like to be able to bold and/or color the bookmarks just as a place holder while navigating through the sheets. These changes to the bookmarks would not go permanently into the session.
It would be super nice if there was a module or add-on to be able to do cut / fill of civil sites. Basically you would need to assign a "Z" value for contour lines and spot elevations for proposed and existing then a comparison of the two surfaces giving a delta for filling the site or cutting the site.
Right now I use a different app but Bluebeam has the signature section. I propose that we be able to add spots, like a form, that need signatures and dates and email to the client. When they sign it, it will automatically send the signed copy to both the client and to the bluebeam user.
Would be extremely helpful to have the option to save the summary to the same folder that the PDF resides in, and to be able to include this as part of the Config that I have saved. Currently the folder has to be navigated to every time in order to save the Markup Summary to the desired location. Would also be very helpful…
I would be helpful if we could assign coordinates to a PDF then have software program generate a KMZ to be pulled into google earth. I take substation designs then modify them. If I could insert the modified pdf into google earth so it kept the same scale it would make it easier to generate construction packages.

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a couple of suggestions that I think could make Bluebeam even better. First off, I've been really impressed with the new ARM-based Windows machines, especially those using the Snapdragon Elite X. They’re powerful, have great battery life—kind of like MacBooks in…
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?
