Batch Sign and Seal - Image 1:1 with actual image size for Seal Image
We use batch sign and seal for Engineer of Record signing and sealing Engineering documents. We try to use the image in the Signature for the Engineers Stamp/Seal - so they can sign and seal it in the same step. However, we've noticed that the scale of the image changes and isn't necessarily dependent on the size of the…

Email for Electronic Signature
Right now I use a different app but Bluebeam has the signature section. I propose that we be able to add spots, like a form, that need signatures and dates and email to the client. When they sign it, it will automatically send the signed copy to both the client and to the bluebeam user.

Save Batch Signing, Dating, and Stamp Locations
To comply with new laws we need the ability to sign and stamp drawings. Not all of the engineers are as tech savy when it comes to items like placing and resizing design elements so the stamps look right and it will be very time-consuming to rearrange and manually place all of these elements every time. The ability at…

Is there a way to Batch Clear Signatures?
I have printed a set of plans that has over a hundred sheets and then I batched signed them. After signing them I realized one of the sheets did not print correctly so instead of reprinting the entire set again, or clearing the signatures one by one, I want to clear all my signatures with one quick command so I can swap…

Batch sign minimum signature size
Refer INC0935646. It seems that BB has a minimum signature size of about 23 mm x x12 mm (If one uses a real small .png signature image). When this is resized the minimum size changes to 17 mm x 17 mm. Manual single signatures do not appear to have this limitation. We have signature boxes on drawings that are 8 mm long by 3…

Batch Signature Field Placement
My company typically requires signature fields to be placed at a specific size and location on drawings/documents. At this time, we are accomplishing this by utilizing script with Adobe Pro, and then using Batch Sign & Seal for each user to sign. Would love to see a batch function developed that accurately places signature…

PAdES Compliant Electronic Signature Creation Support (ideally PAdES B-LTA)
At the moment, Bluebeam Revu supports only signing using a (qualified) electronic certificate in compliant with ISO 32000-1, but it is not compliant with ETSI EN 319 142. Bluebeam Revu does not generate eIDAS PAdES compliant electronic signatures. This makes all signature in the PDF files generated in Revu of questionable…

Digital Signatures in a Session
Hi - would it be possible to add a feature where digital signatures could be applied in a Session? We run into issues when large drawing sets need to be signed by outside consultants and so far our only work around has been to upload to OneDrive and have each consultant download, sign and reupload so the next one can do…

Request E-Sign Tracking
Would be nice to have an inbuilt e-sign tracking feature similar to that of Adobe Sign, currently admin staff have adobe for the use of Adobe Sign tracking feature but rest of company has Bluebeam. Would be beneficial to have this feature for a number of reasons Less IT management having to manage/support/update 2…

Signing and stamping engineering drawings
Have the signature and stamp have an ability to save the parameters, so when I sign and stamp it automatically goes to the location, I want it. Now, I have to set the attributes, and move the signature block and the stamp every time. See attached for picture.

Custom Tool Chest Icons for Large Object Groups.
Our electric department often uses tool chests to store/place a variety of large object groups at once. However, the default scaled down tool chest icons are not clear enough for our uses. We have difficulty differentiating between our tool icons, especially when we create multiple variations of the same tool. Our team is…

Signatures in Sessions
During a recent class, we encountered an issue with the Signature tool being grayed out during a Session. @Aily Roper from Bluebeam mentioned that 'Signatures need to save document-level info, which is not possible in Sessions - what our internal expert suggests is Electronic Signatures or applying after the Session.'
