Markup Sort Functions (Multiple Column Headers)
While it is nice to be able to sort markups by column heading, it would be better if we could sort by more than one header without changing filters. Such as Subject then Label 2 column order functions.

Search Panel Progress Indicator
The Search tool includes a progress indicator that sort of blends in. OK, since I already know about it. For a new UI/UX, the small (body font) percent complete, especially for "Current Document" searches in large documents can lead to repetitive clicking until that progress indicator is spotted. It would be trick if there…

Quantity Takeoffs: How to check work with multiple scales across multiple sheets
I would like to start out by saying I am a relatively new user on Bluebeam who has been strictly using it for quantity takeoffs for exterior cladding. I have done a deep dive or even begun to grasp the resources or features at my disposal, so if my question seems basic that's just my understanding level right now. I do…

Markup Mode and Markup list
Hi there, we have recently subscribed to Bluebeam and we cannot seem to use Markup mode or add anything to a Markup list when doing measurements and takeoffs. I thought it was due to the PDF being protected in some way and have tried all tips I have come across to unprotect it but cannot. Is there any way to work around…

Batch Link option to open a new window
Is there currently an option to enable a new tab opening when clicking on a detail hyperlink? This would be great! Currently I just split the view and then click the link, but this seems more straightforward for new users.

Control key used to adjust object & markup snap
Previous to recent versions of revu, holding the control key while starting a measurement/markup or anything that would trigger object snap would temporarily disabled it. This is extremely useful when you generally want object snap on but not right at that second, usually because of a dense area where there are so many…

Lock Tool Sets
I have most of my tools set up exactly how I want them and saved. However, every once in a while a tool will go missing or will be moved into another tool set. This might be user error, but I think a way to "lock" tool sets to prevent moving/deleting tools would be helpful!

Tool Set Dropdown
Is there anyway to have multiple drown downs within the tool sets. For example, I do a ton of pipe take offs for construction projects and have a tool set labeled Water Pipes. That drops down into almost 30 different types and sizes of pipes. I would like to see it drop down and then show me additional drop downs that will…

Legend Inconsistency
I am using Bluebeam Version 21.7. I am using icons in my tool box and plotting them on my maps. I then click on those icons, right click and select create Legend. It is sometimes not updating the quantity and retaining the symbol icons. Any help is appreciated.

Have spaces show their names on PDF.
It would be incredibly useful in my application if I could toggle on, or have the ability to have spaces show their names in the actual PDF. In my application I am using each space to represent a weld, and each is numbered so it can be identified. In each space I can then insert custom mark-ups that represent material from…

Area Markup Preview Outline - Blocking view of PDF
In Revu 21.8, when drawing an area markup, the settings for line opacity and thickness are previewed when conducting the mark up. This is blocking the view of the outline of the shape being measured. See the example below from Version 21.8: In previous versions, the line was very thin, blue, and allowed the user to see…

Enable Legends in Studio Sessions
Dear Bluebeam, It would be a great feature to allow the use of Legends in a Studio sessions to help with quantity take-offs where multiple people can add items to a Legend.
