Hi there, we have recently subscribed to Bluebeam and we cannot seem to use Markup mode or add anything to a Markup list when doing measurements and takeoffs. I thought it was due to the PDF being protected in some way and have tried all tips I have come across to unprotect it but cannot. Is there any way to work around this or any tips as to why this may be happening. I have contacted Bluebeam to check if it is an issue with our licenc.
