Submitting a prompt is the best way to share your workflow expertise and contribute to the growing AI Prompts Library. Follow the steps below to ensure your submission is complete, clear, and ready for review.
How to Submit
- Go to the Prompt Submissions community category
- Select Submit Prompt to get started
- Fill out all required fields
- Add as much detail as possible
- More detail improves clarity, testing, and Bluebeam Staff QA
- Post your prompt
- Other users can now discuss, test, and possibly refine the prompt
Please include the following information in your post:
Title
- Give your prompt a clear, descriptive name.
- Example: Generate Takoff Summary for Concerete Footings
Use Case
- Explain what the prompt is for.
- Describe the workflow of problem it solves.
Technical Requirements & Setup
- Revu version
- MCP configuration
- Any files, formats, or pre-conditions needed
Body of the Post
- Paste the full MCP prompt
- Describe the expected outcome
- Include examples, formatting requirements, or instructions
- Add screenshots/media if helpful
