Initial view on documents

Hi,

I am working with documentation and am used to setting Initial View or Start View on the documents so that they open with bookmarks visible to others who open the document.
Usually I can find this under Document Properties (Ctrl+D) But it does not appear in BlueBeam.
Is this a function that is not available in the program? How can I get this function?

Other PDF programs have this function so I simply do not understand if BlueBeam doesn't have it.
