Why can't I drag and drop a layer into a layer group?
I have a number of layers set up and I want to group them. The manual says if I create a layer group I can then drag and drop a layer into the group. But I am completely unable to drag the layer anywhere. Why would this be? Thanks Kate

I think it would really help workflow to have a way to lock layers and make those markups unable to be touched so they exist in the background only.

Highlighting markups appearing on same layer as source object
Exported from AutoCAD, if text is on a layer named "Plan-Notes" then highlighting it should put the markup on the same layer so when the Plan-Notes layer is turned off the text and highlighted markup is not visible and vice versa.
