Working with really large PDF sets, sometimes it seems performance may be hindered by a set with layers that were exported from the originating software, i.e. AutoCAD. It would be nice if there was a merge layers option to bring all layers to one.
It would also be great if we could select multiple layers and drop them under another layer as a subgroup. much like we can with bookmarks.
These two suggestions should be top priority for an update. It's frustrating when a PDF from ACAD have a few hundred layers and you need to move them 1 at a time into parent layers.
