Has anyone had issues logging into Studio after upgrading to 21.9? I have a team member who can't get logged into Studio but can use everything else. Only thing he's done differently is upgrade. Thanks!
What version of the software are they using, and are they able to log into app.bluebeam.com?
It is Core. I'm not sure about logging into app.bluebeam.com since he's out of the office this week. Last week when he first noticed the issue I had him log into my Complete version and it worked.
