I think it would be useful to have a tool to mark several/all pages in a PDF with a watermark. In my specific case, I'm trying to note that a specification in a project manual still needs updates, but to do so in a manner that looks polished and professional.

If a tool like this already exists, it would be useful if it could be brought up by searching for a watermark tool.

You can use the Stamp tool and adjust the opacity down to like 30% (or whatever you think looks good). It can be enlarged or angled to suit your needs.

Dragging Problem
