Is there a way to show revision lines but hide text markups?

I'm quickly trying to help an engineer with an SOW to go to client but my Word settings are not coming through when I convert to Bluebeam pdf. Is there a way to show revision lines but hide text markups?

You may want to try this in Word…

To print a document in Microsoft Word showing revision lines but hiding text markups, follow these steps:

1. Disable Modern Comments: Go to File > Options > General, and uncheck "Enable modern comments." Restart Word.
2. Show Markup: In the Review tab, click Show Markup and deselect Comments.
3. Print: Print the document. No comments will be shown, and only the revision lines will be printed. 1
   This method allows you to print a document with revision lines while keeping the text markups hidden, which can be useful for maintaining document integrity and privacy.

Then print to Bluebeam PDF.
