Has anyone here had issues when dupe/revising a custom profile with custom statuses? I inherited some customized profiles which I still use but whenever I have tried to update them (i.e., add or rename a status), it doesn't work. I save it as under a different name but it basically reverts back to the original. I feel like there's a step missing on the back end. Not even sure where to start.
