Highlight Tool with Status

Please add a highlighting tool that is able to be set with a status

So as teams are going through quality review, items can be highlighted to mark them as reviewed, but with a status that doesn't required any further action. Otherwise when output into an Excel it shows ups as "blank", which can get caught up with comments that are not responded too

To clarify, you want a status option that highlights the comment but leaves the status field blank?
Is this to indicate that it has been reviewed but not addressed/responded to?

I don't have a solution for this but maybe you can add a custom status that says "pre-reviewed" or "PM-Verified" that changes the comment to a slightly different shade of red. We have something similar for when we incorrectly change a status (can't change status back to blank)
