Bluebeam Revu V21.11 fliped footing in an assembly of pages

Hi for some reason, the latest version of bluebeam revu V21.11, when I use the tool add footing to the file, some sections of the file has the footing fliped at the head and other section of the file have it correctly, that didn`t happen in the version V21.10, did you have the same issue? and how we can solved? I jump to the previous version, and work perfectly, but today the program autoupdated and I get back with this issue. let me know your thoughts

thanks for the detail on the version change. I'm reading "footing" as the footer from Header & Footer. I haven't come across this reported for 21.11, and it isn't listed in the 21.11 release notes, so I can't say whether it's a known issue yet.

The pattern you describe, correct on some pages and flipped on others, often points to pages that carry different rotation settings, for example landscape sheets or pages that were rotated or exported differently earlier in the file. It's worth checking whether the affected pages are the ones with a different rotation or a different source. If they are, try applying the footer to those page ranges separately, or normalise the page rotation first, and test on a copy. Please treat that as a hypothesis, as I can't confirm it from here.

Since 21.10 works for you and 21.11 doesn't, this looks like a regression, so please raise a support ticket with a sample file and the exact Header & Footer settings so Bluebeam can reproduce it. Staying on 21.10 until it's looked at is a sensible interim, and if your IT team controls updates, it may be worth pausing the auto-update. Does it happen on every file, or only on certain ones? That would help narrow it down.

Hi Dhanush, this happen everytime in the process of assembly our calculation package in all the users. the PDF files comes from different resources/programs and for some of they in when is already assembled in on unique file in the process to add footer, BB fliped the page number, some in the bottom normally and other in the head flipped. We already raise the ticket and in paralell downgrade the program to version V21.10 to work whitout this issue.
