Currently alerts can only be sent to people that have already joined the studio session.

It would be helpful to be able to send email alerts to a person that has not yet joined the session.

Agreed. This would be a useful improvement for Studio workflows.

Allowing email alerts to be sent to invited users before they join the Studio Session would help ensure that important updates, deadlines, and coordination messages reach all intended participants without requiring them to join the session first.
