If I have an Equipment list in a database or spreadsheet where every piece of equipment has a unique identifier and a drawing with that unique identifier on a plan location. Is there a way to link the two so that if a changed is change in the spreadsheet something on the plan changes color to track the status?
We have 10,000 words but we need a picture.
Example
QA/QC and Commissioning department is using Smartsheet's to track the life of equipment from delivery to startup.
I want to be able to go to a drawing with a mark that connects the unique identifier on the plan to a field in the database or an export from it that changes color based on a field in that database.
Is this possible? If so then How?
