Is Bluebeam able to linearize a PDF for me, e.g. put the content in order so that web viewers can see it faster? On a related note, does uploading to Bluebeam Studio Session cause any PDFs to be linearized automatically?

As additional context, I generate large electrical schematic PDFs for my company (typically ~150MB, the largest I've done is ~700MB), and I've found Adobe Acrobat > Save As can halve the PDF filesize and let individual pages load all-at-once instead of in separate pieces.
To be clear I do NOT want to compress images. I am aware Acrobat and Bluebeam both have options for lossy compression of PDFs, but our group values being able to zoom in on images to see details. What I am compressing is the results of a poorly-optimized PDF. The Eplan software we use to create these schematics and the initial PDF exports creates poorly-optimized PDFs. These include dangling cross-references, unused bookmarks, uncompressed streams, duplicated streams across different pages, and probably lots of other stuff.
