What is your rendering mode set to?
I have tried all options to swtich Rendering Engine Hardware- software- Legacy
Rendering mode- Interative Draw- wait for completion
Any help is greatly appreciated
Does it only happen on a certain document? Is it only on large drawing sets or text documents as well? I've only encountered a similar issue once but it was the document, not BB that was the issue.
its all my pdfs
i am not sure why if its my video card in my lap top > i have tried all the setting to change
Doubtful. The minimum specs are pretty light.
Display:
Processor:
Ram: 8 GB
Hard disk: At least 5 GB of available space may be required
Are your coworkers with similar computers having the same issue
i have all these requirements, it only me there are no other computers or staff
You may need to submit a ticket to Bluebeam then.
Is this a recent issue or has it always been that way?
i just got blue beam installed and its been this way for a little bit since i started
You will probably need to contact your IT department. A new install should not behave that way if your computer specs meet the requirements.
thanks my system is above and beyone the requirements, i did the research before
THE Files are very large, which is a problem, im ont able to request different files, this one is 73,000 kb
appreciate your help
Sounds like you're not the only person having unexplained performance issues. Keep an eye on this thread, they may come across a solution.
A 73,000KB (73MB) is decent size but I wouldn't call it abnormally large. I've worked on 700+MB files without issue.
