I have checked for updates, and it appears my version of BlueBeam is all up to date (version 21.9). The past three weeks or so BB has been very slow to open documents. After about 30 seconds it often prompts that the files are "locked by another user." I know they are not because I am the only one using them. It will only open a "read only copy". Additionally, the preview through Windows 11 is only working for less than 50% of the time.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
