Studo Drawing Sets and Markup status

We use studio to do drawing reviews, incorporating several different groups of people, all of whom either submit a markup or reply to a markup. Once the markup is resolved, we change the status to completed. The drawings get quite congested during this process. My question is, as we add revised drawings to the set, is there a way to only pull forward the markups that are not completed onto the new drawings. Trying to keep the drawings as "clean" as possible, only showing the markups that need attention.

Yes a good workflow is to use Markup Status + Filters to identify only the outstanding markups, rather than carrying everything forward.

You can filter the Markups List by Status (for example, excluding Completed) and then copy/paste only those active markups onto the revised drawing. This keeps the new drawing much cleaner while still carrying forward the items that require attention.

For larger review workflows, it would be even better if Revu had a dedicated “Carry Forward Unresolved Markups” function that could automatically transfer only open/incomplete markups from the previous revision to the new drawing. That would remove a lot of manual work, thanks
