Bluebeam Cloud App Improvments

I see that we can now import toolsets in the BB Cloud app - wonderful news and glad to see the BB crew is taking feedback from customers and actively implementing. It also feels like the pen tool has been improved and is smoother than it was before, I can write legibly now.

I have a couple of more things that would help with functionality:

1. Capturing images attached to markups and saving HD copy to device (iPad)
2. Whether we can capture embedded images or not, still need functionality to save HD copy to iPad, as the photos saved in the file are compressed and not high quality which is fine for quick purposes but when i need to get into the nitty gritty i like having that higher quality version saved, and this doesnt appear to be a setting in BB cloud.
3. Markups list that you can pull up from the bottom like on desktop and Revu app.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We hear you loud and clear. Our mobile technology has held us back from addressing some of these gaps as quickly as we would have liked, but that is changing significantly now.

All dates are subject to change, but here’s what’s next:

1. Image Capture: Our next update is on target for the middle of next week and will add the ability to capture photos and attach them to markups, including embedding the image in the PDF, similar to Revu.
2. Full-resolution originals: I also hear your separate request to retain a high-resolution copy of the original photo on the iPad, rather than relying only on the compressed image stored with the PDF. I’m taking that feedback back to the team.
3. Markups List: In Q1, we plan to introduce our first version of the Markups List to iOS and Android, bringing us closer to the familiar Revu workflow.
