After troubleshooting an issue for weeks regarding our Custom Column data included in our Tool Chest markups appear in incorrect columns, I may have narrowed down the issue. When I re-create our templates from scratch, custom column data appear to function correctly. I can save and re-open the PDF and all appears to be good. If I then save that PDF to our templates folder and user File > New PDF from Template, the newly created Document1 will have any markup from our Tool Chest appear in the wrong columns. Has anyone else seen this before?
