Deleted and Archived projects that are visible to individual users who own sessions within our organization in their Studio.bluebeam.com accounts should ALSO be visible to the IT Admin users charged with administering Sessions and Projects via the Studio Org Admin Pro portal.
These deleted and archived sessions are sometimes in these statuses erroneously and individual users may not know who the original owner of a deleted or missing session was. When they ask for help locating or recovering a session or project, IT Admin staff must currently go from person to person or log in as users that have left the firm one at a time to try to locate the data in the event something was missed when a staff member left the firm. This is time consuming and obtrusive to current staff who must then be interrupted to log into their accounts and assist with the investigation and for IT.
When we purchased the licenses for Studio Admin Pro, I assumed this functionality would be a basic part of this action and was very surprised when I searched for a missing job only to discover I was unable to see it, but was able to find it from a user account.
Please add tabs in the Org Admin Pro "Studio" tab to allow the admin there to see Deleted and Archived Sessions and Projects and restore or re-assign them.
