Hi team, I’m experiencing ongoing issues where my custom tools which are saved to a toolset are randomly altering the tools properties - i.e. the text or vector/snapshot has changed location within the saved custom tool, or the font has altered to alternative size or type and is cut off or not visible. This occurs even when the tool does not have an editable text field.
Another issue is that the custom tool button within the toolset pallete becomes completed greyed out, or non functional - rendering the tools not operable.
I have tried multiple workarounds, deleting and reading tool in various ways, however it continues to happen.
Any support would be appreciated.
