Bluebeam Issues on Microsoft Surface Laptop (ARM Architecture)

Good morning everyone,

I’m currently using a Microsoft Surface Laptop (7th Edition) with an ARM-based processor, and I’ve been experiencing several issues while using Bluebeam Revu. I wanted to see if anyone else has run into similar problems or found solutions.

Here are the main issues I’m encountering:

File Explorer Preview: Most PDF files are not showing previews in File Explorer.
Graphics Not Displaying: When opening documents in Bluebeam, certain graphics or elements are missing or not rendering properly.
Typing Issues: When using the text tool:
- The space bar does not function properly
- Text appears to type backwards

From what I understand, this may be related to compatibility issues since my device is ARM-based rather than Intel/AMD.

Has anyone successfully used Bluebeam on an ARM device or found workarounds for these issues? Any guidance, settings adjustments, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Revu? ARM support was added in 21.6 (June 2025) so it should work ok.

I have the latest version - i downloaded all Revu 21 versions and the latest one is the one that worked best for some reason.

I believe the crosshair color customization needs to be restored. I relied on this feature for a long time, and in the newer version it appears that I’m no longer able to change it. This change significantly affects my workflow.
